They should hand that out too. Three years ago I was having lunch on the third street prominant. I got up, went to the bathroom, came back. There was a homeless person finishing my lunch. I called over the waiter. I said, "Give him dessert. Here's my credit card." And uh have I been back? No. No. No. They can't control the homelessness. You You think you're going to get 10 or 15 or 20 bucks per month in rent when the homeless have taken over the crime, the drugs, the other issues?

operating affordable housing, that's what I do. I operate affordable housing. How do you how am I going to operate affordable housing when you make it unaffordable for me to operate my affordable housing? Yet the city council members can't figure out that as they squeeze the life out of the property owners and values continue to drop because there's no net operating income and during co you don't allow us to collect rent for three years.
